Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and which rights you can exercise.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
01.Introduction
KillaQ SAC ("KillaQ", "we") respects your privacy and protects the personal data you entrust to us. This policy covers this website and the communications you have with us through it.
If you have questions about this policy or about how we handle your data, write to [email protected].
02.Data we collect
We collect only the data you provide voluntarily, plus the minimum technical data required to operate the site securely.
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, company and role, when you submit a form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request data, logged temporarily for security and diagnostics.
- The content of your messages: whatever you choose to include when describing your project.
03.How we use your data
We process your data to answer your enquiry, prepare commercial proposals, meet legal obligations and protect our services from abuse or fraud.
- Answering enquiries and preparing project proposals.
- Managing the contractual relationship if we work together.
- Meeting applicable legal and accounting obligations.
- Detecting and preventing abuse of our services.
04.Legal basis and retention
We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries.
We keep commercial contact data while the relationship is active and afterwards for as long as legal obligations require. Once that period ends, we delete it.
05.International transfers
KillaQ SAC is established in Lima, Peru, and your data is processed and stored in Peru and on our providers’ infrastructure. If you write to us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that is a transfer to a third country.
Peru has no adequacy decision from the European Commission. When you send the contact form or the project planner, the transfer relies on being necessary to handle your request and take pre-contractual steps at your own request (GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). If the relationship progresses and the processing stops being occasional, we will put appropriate safeguards in place before continuing.
06.Who else handles your data
We do not sell or trade your data. It is shared only with the providers we need in order to operate, and only so they can provide that service to us:
- The hosting and infrastructure provider this site runs on.
- Our own backend (api.killaq.com), where your enquiry is recorded so the team can reply.
- The email provider we use to send that reply.
07.Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to [email protected]. We handle requests within the applicable legal deadlines.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Peru, the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales; in the European Economic Area, the authority in your country of residence or where the incident occurred.
09.Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access control, logging of privileged actions and regular dependency review.
No measure is perfect. If a breach affected your data, we would notify you in line with applicable regulation.
